Outlook 2003 Calendar issue.

I have a client who recieves meeting request changes, and when she accepts them, it adds the request as a new meeting instead of updating the original meeting.

I have not been able to find the solution for this, and I am sure it is something simple that I am just overlooking.

Any ideas ?
