Hello All,
I have been having issues with Outlook 2003 and now Outlook 2007 on my machine at work. At this time, whenever I run a search in Outlook, I cannot view the message body in the preview pane, nor open the item. I can close Outlook, open it back up and run a search and I'm able to view and open the resulting found items. However, any search after that gives me a "can't view email in preview pane. open item to read" error. When I try to open the item, I get a dialog box that says, "can't open item".
So, any Outlook gurus out there that can assist in fixing this? An important point to remember is that this is a work machine that I have limited user rights to. I'm in the process of getting some assistance from my IT department, but I'm kind of a pilot tester for Office 2007, so their level of expertise may be limited.
