even though i have set up the rules to filter out keywords and move to a specified folder, i would have to run it manually. is there any way for Outlook to do it automatically?
right now, i have to go to "Tools" -> "Rules Wizard" -> and click on "Run Now..." a pop up menu appears and then i click Run Now to run the rules i had setted up. how annoying. is there any way for outlook to automatically filter when it receives new email?
