Outlook 2002 slows down my system...

Everything else works fast on my system except this, it takes a minute to open and another 30 seconds to open the mail. I disabled "Use Microsoft Word to edit messages" but it still works slow. Any suggestions?

What kind of mail connection are you using, Exchange/HTTP/IMAPI/POP3/etc.
