Is there anyway I can set Outlook to start up at folder of my choice? I have several PST files loaded, with different Tasks items. I want the application to startup at the Tasks folder of a particular PST file.
 
I don't use multiple PSTs so I don't know if this will give you fine enough granularity of control, but you can select which folder you want in Tools | Options | Other tab | Advanced options | Start up in this folder...
