Outlook 2002 and Roadrunner...

Hey guys and gals. I'm connected with Roadrunner in NYC. I would like to use Outlook as my default e-mail program because it has a lot more features than Outlook Express (many of which I don't know about, but I like stuff like Calender and things like that). Well, anyhow, I have it configured to Roadrunner's e-mail settings, but everytime I check for mail, it prompts me for a network password. This will happen everytime I check my mail. But it only happens to my secondary account, and not my master account. I've checked the Microsoft Outlook home page, but I don't see any problem listed similar to mine. I chatted with a Roadrunner representative online, and she told me that Roadrunner does not support Outlook, because it is a proprietary product, and Microsoft wishes to support it. Outlook Express (which Roadrunner supports) works fine. I would like to know if there is any way to get rid of this prompt, and what causes the prompt. Thanks for any input.
