Outlook 2000 problem

I always get duplicate emails from different people all the time, ever since we installed exchange server 5.5 any ideas on how to fix this? thanks

Run the rules wizard and make sure you don't have any enabled. Misconfigured rules are the most common reason that happens. Also make sure you are at SP4 as there were some problems in SP3 that caused this to happen occasionally.

I don't know the answer to this but I have the same problem and I'm not connected to an Exchange server so I know that has nothing to do with it.

Are you by chance checking your mail twice? Make sure you don't have your email account set up as Internet Mail as well as checking the Exchange Server...

ladi, are network guy has all the computers here setup with an internet email connection as well as the exchange server connection. which one dont we need?

The correct way depends on your company. Normally you just have an Exchange connection. All internet traffic should be handled by your Exchange servers, not your workstation.
