Outlook 2000 outbox problem

I am trying to upgrade from Outlook Express 98 to Outlook 2000. I have tried this before (about 6 months ago), but got so frustrated that I gave up. I just installed Office 2000, and am ready to try again for Outlook 2000.

Problem: There is one message stuck in my outbox. When I click send/receive, it gives me this error:

The MAPI Spooler has already begun transmitting this message. (Account: 'MyAccountName', SMTP Server: 'mail.voyager.net', Error Number: 0x80040114).

I have 4 accounts in Outlook, and the other three work fine. I think Outlook thinks it's still trying to send that message (dated 3/18/2000).

How can I get rid of this message? I can't delete it or move it...

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!
