Outlook 2000 Digital Dashboards....

I want to make up a custom digital dashboard in Outlook for all the users in my company. We don't run Sharepoint or SQL server, only Exchange 2000.

Any ideas on any tools or resources for this kind of thing? I have scoured the MS site on it and they only seem to support these two server technologies for this.

We built some prototypes and actually have a final dashboard that our company still uses (almost 1 year)

We are only using Exchange. However, it looks as though MS has removed all references to the Exchange-only dashboard resources.
