can anybody tell me if/how to change the default folder a journal entry is stored in?
i'm on exchange and we have a public folder with our contact list in. when i right click a contact and say create a new journal entry, it stores that in my *local* journal folder. we want those journal entries to be visible when we open a contact, and go to the activities tab. hence, we need the journal entries to save to a public folder. anybody know how to do this?
