outgoing port blocked?

if my school blocks outgoing ports like telnet to ports other than 23, is there anyway to get around that?
 
Sure, move off campus, get your own Internet connection and be the boss of it. :shocked: :thumbsup:
 
you are not making sense....so they block port 23, or they block telnet on any port but 23?

Jack's answer is about the only one you will get here...there are many professional network admins here, whose job is to NOT let you "get around" the rules.
 
The best answer you are going to get here is don't ask us how to get around your school, company, organization network rules. No one will help you.
