Even though I'm psuedo affiliated with the franchise, I'm still a huge fan of Famous Dave's. I can get free meals at certain locations, but I still will go out of my way and pay full price in regions that I'm not affiliated with just because I think it is a high quality product at a reasonable price.

Very generous portion sizes with excellent sauces at great prices (for that type and quality of food).

Granite City is another very good (but somewhat regionalized) franchise restaurant that I enjoy going to.

I've only eaten at 4 of those places (Chili's, Applebees, TGIFridays, Ruby Tuesdays), once each, each at the behest of someone from the Midwest. I don't understand why anyone would want to eat at one of those places, let alone have a favorite.

Of those, Uno's, but ONLY the orignal Downtown. The ones in the burbs are CRAP. But Lou Malnati's is WAYYYYYY better!
