Out of scan range error....nevermind, figured it out

on my 17" Vivtron (made for Gateway). It's been running perfectly for the past three years. In fact it has some of the best image quality I've seen, even beats out my 19" Sony. At first I tried another video card but no difference. Tried my Sony and it worked fine so it's gotta be the monitor/non replacable cable huh?
