out of memory errors using boot disk

I have an error that says "Causway error 12:not enough memeory to load application" when using a ghost boot disk.This disk was works fine on 3 of the 5 servers.The other 2 servers have 2 gigs of ram, I think that is the problem.When I type "mem" at the a: prompt here
is what I have for memory allocation:

Conventional 437k free
High 1k free
Extended 0k free
Extended xms 0k free

How do I move some things down into conventional(if that is what needs to be done)?

how much ram does this machine have? I don't think that is acutally the issue.

I think the problem is that something is wrong with the config.sys/autoexec.bat - specifically the part related to emm386 (if thats what you're using). could you post them here?

I think this is the wrong forum... try OS or software.
