I have Norton SystemWorks Pro, that I use for all my AV/registry cleanup/defragging duties. Normally, I'd do a scandisk out of there.
But last night, while in Windows explorer, I right-clicked both my single HD and my RAID array (one at a time, obviously!
) hit properties. There are three tabs; one has the basic drive info, second is "Tools" (the ones that come with Windoze, third is Norton and you can can the most of the Norton tools out of there.
Well, I clicked on "Tools" dunno why, just did and tried to run a Scandisk. I got a "Not enough memory to run Scandisk, close other apps and try again" error. There was nothing else open.
What's up w/this? Is this related to Norton? It's not a biggie; I could live w/it. It's just knowing that "something" on my rig does not work properly irks me. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
