Why does everyone who is opposed to our country's politcal actions always still support "the troops"? I for one despise our troops, they signed up to go and fight these wars for whatever reason they are started. Therefore, I believe that they are all as guilty and as evil as the polititians who start them. Quit blindly supporting these gestapo types, its time for them to come under fire.

You're about to get verbally gang raped for posting this. Granted, everyone has an opinion and opinions are like a$$holes, everyone has one and they all stink.

When joining the military, the very last thing most people think about is having to kill someone. I think you also fail to realize that the majority of the military are in support positions, not combat positions. I suppose you're the type to just quit your job the minute you disagree with something that your employer asks you to do too, right? People support the troops regardless because it's a hard job that people like you refuse to ever do. Without them, people like you couldn't spout off your bull$hit rhetoric as easily. That's why people still support them. Here, I'll put it in perspective for you. Do you hate your payroll department because your boss told you to do something you didn't want to do? Think about that for a minute.

Because the liberals learned their lesson after the Vietnam War protests. Spitting on servicemen, calling the families of KIAs and telling them they're glad they were killed, and overall acting like pricks REALLY was a black eye on the left in this country. And rightly so.
