Basically, I found a trick to have shipments of RMA returns expedited to 2nd day or overnight or other fast type without having to manually call our logistics company and tell them to expedite it. I was actually told IN PERSON by the SAP "Genius" here that it will work.
Well, I did it a couple of days ago on a test shipment... our shipping company approved the shipping and gave me a reference number... they haven't updated their tracking number lists up until today.
So today I click and... and... BLOODY 5 DAY REGULAR GROUND SERVICE.
GODDAMN.
I've no idea whether someone overlooked it or if SAP is just plain retarded... or if I was lied to cuz I spent quite some time making a nice tutorial for this procedure :|
