SAS70 auditors could care less about what employees surf on the web. They're interested in the control environment, so as long as you have virus protection, surf on.

Yes. I think usage of correct words and spellings is more important than capitalization. If I am in a hurry, I'd rather err on bad p and c vs bad spellings.

Yes. We've already made some changes to accomodate their recommendations. They found some blind spots in our camera system, so they're discussing that. No bad marks, as of now, they are just making suggestions since they've spent so much time looking at our operations.
