Fortunately although we are now required to use a signature also on all replies and forwards we can leave off the company address, our toll free line and fax.

That's going to be an awkward conversation for his IT department. "umm, could you stop emailing yourself uncompressed pictures of yourself printing then subsequently shredding your emails. Which actually brings us to the next point, about your printer usage..."

theres this guy in my old work where he would print out all his emails, not to mention his daily schedule from his outlook calendar right in the beginning of the day and lays it neatly on his desk

he should just get rid of the computer and go back to the stone age.
