The front of the house is awesome...

I saw one thing I didn't like, and it was in the kitchen. There is a little counter space in between the kitchen and the dining room... I would tear the wall out above that counter, and the door, so the only thing seperating the dinging room and the kitchen would be the counter, it would open up that space a lot... Just a thought :)

oh wait, if its only a temporary living space, you cant really go tearing out walls... hehe

That patio area looks like a nice place for a hot tub. :D You may want to do somehting with those yellow bathroom fixtures. Hope you enjoy your new home.

You need some furniture. Seems a bit empty to me. ;)

Nice place, though.

urinal, i only wish we had a 36" wega. we (mark) has a 32" toshiba w/ a pretty flat tube, klipsch synergy up front, paradigm atom surrounds and pioneer elite power. it rocks quite nicely:)

On a hardwood floor.

Please tell me you aren't seriously going to ruin all decent sound by putting it in a room with hardwood floors.

At least buy some giant persian rugs to cover as much as you can :)

Nice! The hardwood floors are gorgeous.

What's rent running you a month if you don't mind asking?
Also, what does it use for heat?

thanks for the approval everyone, and don't worry elemental, we'll get the acoustics underhand. rooms like that are the reason area rugs were invented, and if that doesn't work, sound tubes do:)

vi, the rent is 950/mo divided 325/325/300 based on room sizes and its electric heat as far as i know. i know the water heater is gas, but nothing else is, i suppose heat maybe as well. but we're in fl and i haven't used heat in my apt in 3 years, not much chance of it happening this year:)
