Here in Phoenix, ADOT is resurfacing the highway with rubberized asphalt.
The regular highways are fine, some are less than a year old.
But, once you've driven in the new asphalt you will never go back.
My Accord is so quiet it feels like a much more expensive car.
If you ever visit Phoenix and drive in one of these hwy (soon all of them will be resurface) you will truly enjoy driving more.
Right now the part of hwy that has been done is 101 between Tatum & I-17.
