I was watching Nasa TV early morning. The orbiting space station (I assume the space station) streaming a shot of peaceful beautiful earth view from far above. Our blue earth with the black of universe in the background. The station passing slowly, gracefully over blue oceans, white clouds, majestic mountains, great lands covering this great planet earth.
Amazing tranquility.
You may have seen this sight on NASA TV, over night and early morning.
If not, it's worth the time....
Then it occurred to me, how in the world have we as the human race evolved into such amazing technology?
Given the stupidity of tyrants, the threats, the violence, AND individuals of past and present civilizations that "could have" if they had succeeded, "could have" ended the advancement for all mankind.
It occurred to me that from time to time, all can seem hopeless.
However.... in the end the intelligent and the wise of mankind always prevail.
Yes, we will and have survived the Sarah Palin's, the Richard Nixon's, the Ted Cruz's, the Michelle Bachmann's, even the Adolf Hitler's and one day we will survive the Donald Trump's.
We eventually survive the insane ideology from such as the NRA believing in guns for children, guns for teachers, guns in our schools, guns in our churches.
Yes, eventually and somehow we even survive those darkest hours.
We survive that insanity which would threaten the very fabric of society.
One dark hour after another we prevail. We survive.
The sane shine through and the insane perish.
WHY.....?
Because of all that insanity, those insane have proven they offer absolutely noting.
No legacy. Zilch. Nada. They offer nothing.
They are as a wart on the skin. A blemish on the forehead.
They offer noting for humanity or for the advancement of civilization.
And if there ever was an justification for the very existence of humanity, it is for humanity to advance, to grow, to learn, to prevail through intelligence.
The insanity of Donald Trump offers humanity nothing.
No legacy. No wisdom. No reason to exist.
And they that support such insanity of the likes of Donald Trump, they too offer no vision, offer no hope, no reasoning for humanity to exist.
And they too along with their misguided efforts shall and will eventually perish.
Or in biblical terms, that shall pass.
The insanity from the Michelle Bachmann's over science and health will eventually perish.
The insanity from the Sarah Palin's, from the Donald Trump's, from the Ted Cruz's, from self proclaimed leaders of religion, from corrupt politicians, all shall fail and perish.
Why?
Simply because this is how it works..... It always has worked this way.
The proof? Because humanity is still here. We still exist despite every dark hour....
Should they having no vision succeed, then humanity will cease to succeed. And cease to exist.
Intelligence, science, the educated, the wisdom, the moral, the true leaders among us past, present, and future must prevail in order for civilization to endure.
Never the Donald Trump's, nor the Palin's, nor the Cruz's, the Nixon's, nor the Adolf's will enable our success.
As hard as prevailing may seem from time to time, especially now, our existence will prevail.
Those destine to perish, will perish. Along with their ignorance, and the many aligned with them.
The hope of science, justice, wisdom, and future is our future.
Our future, that difference between the darkness and the light.
Without that, we have no civilization. No society. No humanity. No reasoning to exist.
So.... as bad as it may seem, and despite the insanity we live with today, the intelligence of mankind will succeed. The ignorance will fail. Yes, this insanity of present administrations will fail.
Science will forever succeed. That is our proven nature. You might say, why we were created.
Intelligence will succeed. Society and civilization will succeed.
So, cheer up people. Hold you head high.
Smart will prevail. Ignorance shall perish.
Only smart will pave our future. The ignorance only a temporary distraction.
