Our basement flooded

Pfftt that's nothing, in my old house the basement flooded at least 4 times a year. And, when I say flooded I mean at least 8 inches of water everywhere. So we just left it cement down there and put everything in plastic tubs.

The flooding was due to old copper plumbing and a couple of burst water heaters.
