seriously...looks like some kind of post facial reconstruction was done. maybe from a burn?
 
Looks like he tried to knock some kids off their bikes by opening the back door of a moving car, but accidentally fell out, and smashed his face against the bumper of another car going at about 30 miles an hour.

He looks like he has some kind of cream over his wound. You can also see some scratches on his left shoulder.
 
DHT promoted a process of follicular miniturization which led to the shrinking and eventual disappearance of that guy's hair. I know it's gruesome, but it happens to the best of us (but not me, knock on wood).
