The twisting action was incredible, especially out of the water. They do that to help tear flesh from their food as well as dissorient their prey that isn't yet dead. I'll be suprised if that guy's arm isn't really messed up.

the deal is, at the beginning you see him slash water all over it. then he later smacked it on the top of its open mouth a few times, getting his hand wet

you can see him trying to shake his hand dry before he puts it in the croc's mouth. well apparently he didn't dry it well enough.

anything touching the inside of that croc's mouth is gonna make it instantly, instinctively snap shut. undoubtedly, a drop of water off his hand landed inside the mouth making it snap shut on his arm.

His arm looked very messed up. Broken and shredded.
