well I know they tell you to "let it sit in the microwave for 1-2 min after heating" but dang. I made some mac and cheese in the microwave and even poked holes in it for the steam to vent. I guess I didnt poke enough holes though. When I went to tear the plastic wrap off I burnt the hell out of my finger.

It's even worse with those pizza bites. The cheese is like molten lava.
