Are you sure the driver was ok? The steering wheel looks bent and the deer is IN the front seat.

I think we're assuming that the driver is the dude with glasses in the red jacket.

The truck, obviously, absorbed most of the impact. 🙂

More Pics!

I have been told by someone who works in my office that this happened locally for me and that the Durango did not hit the deer (on the road)!!!

The deer jumped off an overpass, and the Durango struck the deer in the air!:Q

wow, but the engine is still good. But since the roof is damaged, the car is totaled

Gee, did you even read through the posts...or just read the first one and then add nothing usefull, this has already been discussed

So wnied, my official response to your message "repost" is: REPOST, read the thread!

I think santa was exploring other types of deer to hook to his sleigh, unfortunately the early experiments have met with some setbacks...

I hit a deer in Utah doing 90mph in my Trans Am.
Lucky for me it was a very small one I cut her in half.
All her guts were sucked into my air intakes at the bumper, I had deer jerky on my engine.😀

What happens to the driver in something like that...? :Q
Ok, I think we know who the driver is (see man in red jacket).

Notice though that the driver side air bag did not open, and looking from the pictures your can tell why. The deer didn't hit the front of the car. So the deer jumping off a bridge (or whatever) does make sense.
