Tell him to turn it down politley because you are trying to cocentrate....the PIGS around here can't do anything until after 10 P.M.....I suppose it might be different in your neck of the woods though. (thats when our noise ordinance kicks in)

I dont know where he is though... I popped my ears near the window.. and I cant tell where he is.

My building is 3 sides of a square. Another building is the 4th side of the square. SO its echoing too.

I normally dont mind loud music.. but someone else singing.

Now he is singing something from richard marx.

I am going to give glendale pd a call and see what they can do.

Edit:
For comparison, I am sure he is the piped piper of glendale.. the rats are flocking to his domain.
Now he is singing something from "Yesterday" from Beatles.

Now "The Carpenters"...

Ok that is it.. "he is killing me.." I have my noise cancelling headphones on and I can still hear him.

He seems to have a great taste in music. <not>

Most people underestimate their local bylaw on excessive noise. My roommates and I thought it was only in effect from 11PM to 7AM.

We found out the hard way when our keg party got busted at 11:30AM, and were threatened with a ticket if we didn't turn the music down. :(

You could at least TRY to call your bylaw office and see what the local ordinance is for sure...

Boy that was fast, not even 6 minutes since I called the HQ I hear a knock somewhere in the building saying "Police".

Ah.. peace has resumed..

though I can still hear his voice.. its not that loud now.
