Man, woke up this morning and I couldn't even stand up straight. It's only gotten worse all day. Yesterday I had track pratice where we ran a few miles after doing about 120 ab reps in various exercises, then to the weightroom for some heavy squatting. Think I pull/strained something bad in my upper stomach, right below the ribs. Can't stretch it AT ALL. I've walked with a hunch all day and can't even lay flat to sleep. Who else is battling injury?
