Looks like a giant power failure at Exodus Santa Clara 3 if I'm not mistaken. Gotta be a big one, they have generators the size of semi's down there.

Anyhoo, for those of you on the eBay rampage blame them for the "hot backup" but the primary fault looks to be outside their control...
 
Hotmail is working, though, and they used to occupy the enitre upper floor of SC3. I might be on outdated info.

Anyhoo I do know that it's their host, I just spoke with my buddy over @ eBay, thought I'd pass that along.
