Ottawa the most internet-addicted city in Canada

Hehe. According to Statistics Canada, 60.7% of people in Ottawa spend at least 5 hours on the internet each week apart from what is work related. Just heard it on the news.

I heard that too, also that although Internet usage is slowing everywhere else, Canada's internet usage is growing even faster. We also have the highest Internet usage per capita, and adopt new technology faster.

Why?

Its too dang cold to go outside and do anything else in the winter!
