Others in but can't get out

I have no problem browsing the internet or letting other computers on my home network getting into this computer. But, whenever I try accessing NN, the system hangs. I can always cancel or end task, but can't seem to access any of the other computers on the network. I've removed and reinstalled the card, tried a different slot, and even formatted/reinstalled windows. I'm running Win98. I only have TCP/IP installed and am using DHCP (cable modem) like the other three computers.
