Others can't access my shared folder

I enabled file and printed sharing and I went through the network setup wizard. For some reason I can access other peoples computers here at school but no on can access mine. It just says that they dont' have the "rights" or something like that and to contact the administrator(me). I turned on the guest account but I don't know what else I need to do. Any help is appreciated

I guess if you can access others then you are all using the same workgroup name.
Had a problem similar to this on a thinkpad recently, and what I ended up doing was seting up a logon password just for the thinkpad for xppro (which it didn't previously have) and then eveything worked. I was then able to delete the password for xp (the user didn't want one) and it still worked fine. Odd situation.
Make sure you have folders set for sharing. Sometimes you might have to reboot more than once and it can take up to 10 min. Don't know why.
