Other than breaking the seal and opening it up, is there a way/place to find out what fan (specs) are used in a PS

I don't want to break the warrenty if I don't have to, but I'd like to know the specs (airflow/noise) of the fan in there.

I doubt you can find out the specs of the fan without looking at the label of the fan. If you can't see it from the outside, you have to open the power supply and take a look.
