I need to Simplify the installation of about 100 computers, They will most likely be using XP, but possibly 2000. I have used Ghost in the past, but am looking for other alternatives. Could someone please point me in the right direction. This will be for a business I will be opening up in the near future.

I think Ghost would work fine for you, but there's also "Drive Image" by Powerquest. It's a little more user friendly then Ghost but Ghost would probably work better for what you need to do.
 
With win2k server you can use RIS (remote installation service) to get the job done. ....I think.
 
Which vers of Ghost do you have...

Hopefully an enterprise version..7.5 is the best to date, should easily do what you need.
