OTA Antenna//TV with no audio out//surround hookup

Hey guys, glad I found y'all.

Like many other people, I'm cutting the cable. I'm an absolute doofus when it comes to electronics and have absolutely no idea what kind of adapters/cables I may need.

I have a 3 year old LG LCD TV that has no audio output. Right now I have a cable box In the signal chain and that's what the surround is hooked up to via rca.

Once I remove the cable box and hook an OTA digital antenna to the tv I will lose my surround capability. BTW, my surround has rca only inputs except for a 1/8 headphone jack on the front panel.

Is there a box I can hook my antenna to that has an output to the TV along with rca audio outputs to the surround? I really have no clue. I have searched many electronics stores for a product that will resolve my issue, but I just don't have the knowledge to choose the correct one. If there is such a thing.:'(

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

You will need ATSC tuner with audio out, something like this. Google it, you will find more options.

Thanks Desi!

That looks like it will be perfect. Converter boxs are the one thing I didn't research because my tv has a built-in tuner. Go figure!😀

Thanks again Desi, you saved me a ton of frustration!
