OTA Antenna into receiver - possible?

I'm trying to get OTA channels on my projector. What device do I need to convert an OTA signal to an HDMI output?

While this appears to be a correct device, it didn't fair too well on Amazon reviews.

But yes - this is exactly what I'm looking for. Glad to know it is at least possible!
