Converting the herd to AMD, the upgrades for my wifes and sons computers arrived.
Need to sell their old boards & cpu's, first shot goes to DC of course.
These have been very stable and great MB's.

I have two just alike (best prices from pricewatch & crucial $216, you save $66 ea):

asus cusl2-c (these are the boards without onboard audio)
crucial 256mb cas2
p3-667 plus the hsf (I forgot which kind, so I didnt find a price for them)

$150 shipped each, CONUS

Excellent setup. I've got my Mom and Brother running the exact same combo. Solid as a rock.

(bump) :D

These have been great boards, but I got a great deal on their new machines. As much as I would like to just keep them and add to the herd, I just can't keep these at home, I have 6 machines sitting in here and my office is already 15 degree's warmer than the rest of the house. Thats OK during the winter, but a little rough during the summer.

Same situation caused me to string a 200 foot length of Cat5 to my air-conditioned work shop. Sweet relief from heat and noise. :)
