Yep, the other good news is that a visit to a doctor of said profession is not part of my plans for the next... uh, very long time. ;)

Yesterday I had my GF visit us with her sister for (as it turned out) a reallay nice and comfy dinner.
(Hey, would go alone to a guy with two teen age daughters without moral support?)
The daughters' comments after the dinner (while in the kitchen washing up): Dad, thats a really nice woman. I really like her! (said the oldest).
Yeah, go get her! (said the younger). she's nice! ;)

I was digging through some stuff the other day, and found a pair of khaki hiking shorts. Size 42 waist. Just for grins, I tried them on. I was able to button/zip them, but just barely. :Q

Why is this good news? Because 2.5 years ago, I couldn't even pull them up my leg. My waist size at the time was 58. So barely being able to get into a size 42 is GREAT news to me. (I've lost 110+ lbs in that 2.5 years) :D

The space shuttle lift off went great,

I am at 38 myself RaySun2Be.

Iam also at 264lbs.

The good news is I am going back to work and I am going to lose back to 180 ish lbs before I am done :p
