OT: System underperforming for SETI@Home?

I am a bit lost here. In SetiSpy my Cycles per Flop is only 4.94 compared to a Barton 512KB L2 which does a much better 4.2. According to that my Barton 3200+ is performing worse then a Duron. 🙁

Athlon XP 3200+ @ stock speeds because it's really a 2500+
512MB Corsair XMS PC3200LLPT (don't know timings because mobo won't let me set tightest timings without crashing. 🙁)
Asus A7N8X-X with nForce2 400 chipset

What is going wrong here? Usually this thing runs in WindowsXP with nothing else going on so I am a bit lost.
