Wow how time flies!!

I recently got rejected from the subscribers login and then realized I let my subscription expire! Wow.. hard to believe it's been
a whole year!

Anyone else spend a little cash renewing yours or did you go back to the "Ad's" popup? :Q

Welcome Confused.

Your subscription details are as follows:

Subscription Start Date: June 05, 2002
Subscription End Date: June 05, 2003

Your subscription runs out in 128 days.

I have a little while to go.

I may not resubscribe this year, they've increased the bandwidth available to non subscribers, so if it's browsable at a reasonable speed when it comes to renew, i may not

Not sure If I'll re-up or not.....

Seems like "friendly" kinda got left out of the AT mission statement this year.....
I know they have a lot to take care of, but administrative priorities seem a little skewed lately.

Any DCers want to buy my Video card? (just kidding)

I decided not to resubscribe. The non subscriber forums have been just as fast for me and there aren't anymore popup adds just banners at the top. For me the benefits didn't justify the cost.

And dont forget the whole reason subscription exists... so that AT forums will continue to exist. Anand isnt going to fork over the whole cost forever so some of us have to subscribe to keep our forums avaliable. Sometimes a small group like the subscribers carry the team, like a few professional ball players will carry their team. My sacrifice of 30 bucks a year is a small price to pay to have continued use of the best forums on the internet.

Popup ad's? Those still exist on the net? Hmm, I thought they all went away once I started using MoZilla, or was that just for me? ;) LOL

You can spend 30 bean on a couple mag subscriptions, and this place is far more eclectic and interactive, besides the extra PMs, lack of ads, faster connections, and fact that Anand has to pay for that porsche should be reason enough for you to re-subscribe :p

let the adds pay for it.
I have cable it costs enough. (My connection is almost 3mbps)(384 up)

Even subscribed it wasn't a clean connection.

Anandtech clames people skip the home page.
But like I said before write more articles.
This site seems to coast at its own pace.

I'm in SC.
I have thought about running up some of my equipment for them to review. But from comments in their articles its at their convience that things get done.

I've got til May to decide. Not sure whether I will re-up or not. Probably will depend on if I have a job by then or not.

My sentiments exactly, John. I can guarantee that I get 8.2 cents a day of enjoyment out of this forum. :)

We have got to take care of our people! ;)

But I'm sure there must be an unofficial coffee fund!? You must need more than 1 cup a day to keep on top of all those horny kids in OT ;)

Cummon, don't lie to us, Mods :p
