i own two smc barricade routers... one port in 7004BR model went dead.. and i called their support number today, and a person answered in 10 seconds, and asked me how he could help.

i said i wanted to RMA barricade.. and he said.. i'll just do one for you since if i transfer you, you'll have to wait for a long time'.. OOH .. + 100pts 😀

told me replacement will go out Today .. and i have 30 days to ship bad one to them 😀..

this is overall one of best, if not the best customer support i had from any company.

That's great, and it's great news since a port on my SMC 7004BR died. I was wondering how hard it was going to be to get a replacement.

I saw in another post that you were looking for a ECS K7S5A mobo......I'm still running the one I got from you, nice board IMHO.
