i own two smc barricade routers... one port in 7004BR model went dead.. and i called their support number today, and a person answered in 10 seconds, and asked me how he could help.
i said i wanted to RMA barricade.. and he said.. i'll just do one for you since if i transfer you, you'll have to wait for a long time'.. OOH .. + 100pts
told me replacement will go out Today .. and i have 30 days to ship bad one to them
..
this is overall one of best, if not the best customer support i had from any company.
