OT: RMA Help

I need to send my video card back to newegg, and I have a few questions.

Do I have to send it in the original retail box?
Do I have to include everything that was there when I got the card? I can't really find it all 😱

you're in luck!

I just finished a video card RMA with Newegg less than 2 weeks ago.

You call, or use the website to get your RMA number and the address to send it to.
It is IMPORTANT to put the RMA number, clearly indicated on the lable.

They instructed me to send back to them, everything that I had received to begin with.
(disks, cables, adapters, the card, etc.) They also told me I would be charged for any missing parts.

The whole process was easy! (I went the telephone route)

Thanks for the help! I managed to find everything that came with it. I'm going to be shipping it out tomorrow. I think i'm going to try to sell the card they replace it with. Any suggestions on something better/different? I wasn't happy with this card at all :disgust:
