Hope there was no offence, I am a OC junkie myself :p:D

Anyway how many of you avid OC'ers run DC clients? Nearly all 8 of my computers wether they are OC'ed or not run Seventeen or Bust for Team Anandtech.

I figured since I do not play games 24 hours/day, all those extra cycles from OC'ing my computers is a 100% waste unless I could put them to constant use... Otherwise the risks of OC'ing for a couple FPS to me is not worth it.
More so consdering the most CPU intensive game I play only requires a PII 400MHz, while my most CPU intensive program (short of SoB) will still only need a PIII 750MHz. :p
The amount of time spent with those applications is still only about 1-6%/day on my computers, which is trivial.

I seen the P4m's with 175-225 FSB with those good CAS settings, I was just itching to know what that would do on SETI being it is memory bandwidth program. Or all these P4 2.4's @ 3GHz+ or Barton CPU's running SoB or other clients that put more use to the CPU.

Just so you all know, this is not a recruitment thread. I was just curious if you fellow OC'ers find more uses for OC'ing rather than "I am 6FPS better than you :p". Or am I the only one with this attitude?
