OT PSA: don't make lime jello with limecello

I figure I'd try and make some jello shots, just for sh!ts and giggles. And I had my everclear batch of lime cello already in the freezer ready to go. I tasted it this evening, and ugh, it's fvcking horrible. It taste like bad cough syrup. Ugh, horrible stuff. Such a waste of good lime cello. But I'll see if I can get someone else to eat it. hehehe

LOL. It's like limoncello, but instead of using lemons, I used limes...

EDIT: that recipe linked is weak. I use 1.75L bottles, 15 lemons, and 6 cups of simple syrup.
