I ordered some rounded cables from SVCompucycle and USPS.com says that they we're delivered on Thursday (3/21). However, I never got them. What can I do? Has anyone had to deal with this before? Please help. Thanks.

Call UPS and SVCompucycle.

See if UPS has a Signature, and proof of delivery. They might have dropped it off on your doorstep, and someone took it, or one of your neibors has it, as you were not home.

exorr -- I'm sure the mods will lock this pretty quick, so here's an answer before they do.

Call SVCompucycle to see if they have a tracking number. If the USPS says they delivered it, they may have it, too. In any case, ask where they delivered the package.

If it was not delivered to your address, the dealer owes you a replacement, and the loss is between them and the USPS. If USPS shows the package delivered to your address, and it was stolen, it is a Federal offense, and you should be able to get some help from them.

Good luck. :)
