Sorry, thought there was a pic on a UK site, OcUK, but can't find it now 🙁

Basically, it's a little circuit board, with an ATX connector, and a 4-pin molex connector, with a relay connecting the two, that when it gets power from the first PSU, connects the green wire to a black wire on the ATX connector. Any small relay will do the trick 🙂
