I have a P133 I just pulled from a working system. It's probably not really worth using for a DC project :eek: but if anybody needs one for a Linux router or for something else, it's yours for free if you pay shipping, which I expect would be around $3.00 US to Canada or the US.

If anybody is interested, I'll accept the first offer which comes via PM.

Oh, I've also got a Cyrix 5x86-100. It'll do a seti unit on a linux machine in about 9 days! It'll be free too, though I can't imagine anybody wanting it :eek::eek:

p.s., the P133 comes with a nifty green heatsink and retention clip! :D

htmlmasterdave,

I'll PM you when I have free durons available ;)

The P133 is gone.

Any takers on the Cyrix 5x86-100???????

Come on! Somebody must want it :D

I ran it on a 33mhz bus but it can also run at 50mhz bus speeds! Imagine the reduction in WU times!! :D

3 bucks for a glorified 486 to add to my collection... hmmmm... my cyrix 486 has a really cool green heatsink, does the 5x86 have anything similar?

Well, I'd take you up, but my Linux machine is already a K6-2 450. It only takes 2 1/2 to 3 days for a WU!

Actually, it's not quite built yet. The video card isn't in yet:eek: But that's what it did under Win 98 in a different machine.

Heh, I've got an AMD K6-2 400mhz and a Cyrix 200mhz socket 7 chip, but my only Socket 7 motherboard (Gigabyte GA-5AA) is dead, so I don't have anywhere to put them. :(
