OT, or maybe it's sort of computer related

As some may know already (or may deduce from my new username), my "other hobby" (aside from computers and DC) is photography. This year I didn't do too badly at the Indiana State Fair, and I guess I just couldn't contain the urge to brag about it a little. 😉

Since I switched ISPs, I don't get personal web space anymore (unless I want geocities (replace the "c" with an "sh" to know how I really feel about them). It's not all bad, because my DSL through SBC is only... oh... about a gazillion times faster than the dialup I had before, but unfortunately for you, you'll have to battle with Yahoo's photo album thing until I get a domain name and real webhosting account.

What kind of lens did you use. It looks like alot of depth-of-field for such a close-up.

All I ever get is "mostly out of focus" when I try stuff like that 😕

I was shooting at around 1:1 with a 55mm lens on extension, at f/16. Of course, in a small file like the one I posted, you're going to see "more" DOF than if you were looking at the 4000DPI scan at 100% magnification. 😉
